I was very pleased this morning when I discovered that the Alaska Native Language Center’s online archive is now up and running. It’s small to start with, but it’s a start. How exciting! Now members of the communities speaking Alaskan languages can access materials much easier than taking a trip to Fairbanks, and linguists may find more data to fascinate them.
